The "Greatest One-Night Show on Earth" is getting a major facelift! Sting promoter Tahheer "Fatman" Laing has promised an "upgraded" event for Boxing Day 2025 at Jamworld in Portmore. This year's show is all about quality over quantity, with a tighter lineup of just 15 top-tier artists. This means more stage time for everyone and more entertainment for the fans.
But the biggest news? Sting is now a two-part event in one day! It will kick off at 4 p.m. with 'Sting Early Vybz,' a party segment with a major sound clash. This is designed to appeal to both partygoers and traditional stage show fans, bringing two vibes into one epic show.
So far, two major dancehall acts, Jamal and Tommy Lee Sparta, are confirmed to bring their energy to the stage. There's even a hint of an international Afrobeat/R&B surprise guest to round out the lineup.
This year, Sting isn't just for the people—it's also a celebration for the brand itself, after last year's cancellation. Laing wants to give fans a two-for-one experience and is still open to a clean lyrical clash if artists are willing.
