Meet 14-year-old Adrian ā€œAjaniā€ Ellis, a student of Ascot High who’s being celebrated nationwide for an act of pure bravery that saved his friend’s life. During a scary moment at Portmore Mall earlier this year, when his schoolmate Roxanne RileyĀ started bleeding heavily after a fall, most bystanders did what too many do pulled out their phones to record. šŸ“±šŸ˜’

But not Adrian. This young king took action. He ripped off his undershirt and pressed it against her wound, stopping the bleeding until help arrived. His quick thinking literallyĀ saved her life.

Fast-forward to this week and Adrian just received the Badge of Honour for GallantryĀ at the National Honours and Awards Ceremony at King’s House, greeted with loud cheers and a standing ovation! šŸ‘šŸ½šŸ…

His proud mom, Trecia Stewart, says she wasn’t even surprised she knew her son was kind and selfless. His grandmother Pansy Spencer added, ā€œI knew he had that thinking in him.ā€ 🄹

Even MP Alando TerrelongeĀ had big words for the young hero, calling Adrian ā€œthe very best of our youthā€ and urging Jamaica’s youngsters to take a page from his book.

And get this, Adrian said he learned how to respond to emergencies from watching TikTok videos and movies!Ā

šŸŽ„šŸ“²Talk about turning screen time into lifesaving time!

This story isn’t just about bravery it’s about heart, quick thinking, and the power of doing what’s rightĀ when it counts most.

šŸ’ššŸ’›šŸ–¤ Jamaica salutes you, Adrian our very own young legend in the making!
