“My Sister MBB “Blondie” : Living Testimony Of Power , Purpose, Resilience, and Creating A Legacy”

In honor of Women’s History Month, we celebrate a woman whose journey is nothing short of inspiring IAmAskBlondie. A true embodiment of strength, resilience, and purpose, Blondie has carved her own path while uplifting others along the way. Her story is a reminder that with passion, faith, and determination, a woman can build not just a business but a legacy.

Blondie’s journey began in the world of hospitality, where she fearlessly stepped into entrepreneurship and successfully owned and operated three Caribbean-American restaurants. In an industry known for its challenges, she stood tall—turning obstacles into stepping stones and proving that resilience is built through experience. Alongside her husband and business partner, she expanded her vision into catering, co-leading itsblondelicious Catering & Event Planning in Queens, New York—celebrated as the Home of the Famous Jamaican Black Cake. Through this, she didn’t just serve food she served culture, tradition, and love to her community.

But Blondie’s greatness doesn’t stop there.

With over 16 years of experience in media, she has grown into a powerful voice and visionary storyteller. As the creator of AskBlondieTV (formerly BeMagazine), she built a platform that amplifies urban and Caribbean culture, bringing stories to life and connecting people across the globe. Her work is rooted in authenticity—giving others a space to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

In 2024, she took her voice even further with the launch of the podcast Our Melting Pod, where she continues to bridge cultures and spark meaningful conversations. Whether she’s behind the mic or behind the scenes, Blondie is always creating spaces that empower, educate, and inspire.

Her influence also extends into the digital world, where she serves as a trusted Social Media Director for both local and international businesses. Through her strategic vision, she helps brands grow while staying true to their identity—showing that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of authenticity.

And if that wasn’t enough, Blondie brings her vibrant energy to the airwaves as IrieBlondie on IrieJam Radio, broadcasting multiple times a week and connecting with listeners through music, culture, and conversation.

What makes Blondie truly special is not just her accomplishments but her spirit. She is a woman who continues to rise, no matter the circumstances. A woman who turns pressure into power. A woman who builds, nurtures, and inspires without ever losing sight of who she is.

Her resilience is her crown. Her strength is her story. And her impact is undeniable.

This Women’s History Month, we honor Blondie—not just for what she has done, but for who she is: a fearless entrepreneur, a cultural storyteller, a community builder, and a shining example of what it means to walk in purpose.

Blondie, your journey is powerful. Your voice is needed. And your legacy is only just beginning.
