The 1st Annual R.I.S.E. HER SUMMIT was nothing short of iconic — a day filled with purpose, power & connection, and Ask Blondie TV was outside to capture it all!
The summit kicked off with an unforgettable performance by Emiyah Smith, 13-year-old Apollo Theater winner, who lit up the room with her rendition of "Girl on Fire" — setting the tone for a powerful day ahead.
The day became even more historic when Council hopeful Lawman Lynch presented the summit with a Citation of Honor from the NYC Mayor’s Office and a Congressional Proclamation from Congresswoman Yvette Clarke, officially declaring March 22nd as R.I.S.E. HER SUMMIT DAY — HERstory was literally made!
